Monitoring & Management
CSS’s TotalCare Network Service offerings will monitor and manage all IP based devices at a customer’s site based on industry based best-practice monitoring policies. Monitoring can be as custom defined sets (i.e. events, services, applications, logs, syslog, SNMP, WMI, websites, etc.) that will prove beneficial to the customer’s business continuity.

Alerting
Our solution has a robust notification engine to keep technicians informed when problems are identified in an environment. The alerting engine is closely tied to the monitoring engine. Based on the monitoring being performed CSS can define search strings, thresholds, events or many other parameters with alerts sent to any user or external individual.
Asset Management
CSS uses advanced auto-discovery technology to reliably collect accurate and essential network data. The asset inventory is collected at regular intervals and ensures that both CSS and our customers always have access to up-to-date asset inventory information. Additionally, support for user defined data may be supported so that users can enter data such as warranty expiry, location, inventory tags and notes so that managing your assets from one location is simple and information instantly available when addressing issues.
Patch Management
The tools in CSS’s TotalCare Network Services offerings use Microsoft’s Windows Services Update Server (WSUS) to provide fast and reliable patching capabilities on servers and workstations to help you proactively defend against network threats and outdated software versions. Tailored to fit within TotalCare Workplace, the WSUS enabled Patch Management functionality offers administrators a simplified per customer view and provides automatic patch scanning, identity and deployment.
Remote Control
Our solution offers Remote Control to allow support at a client’s site via a number of technologies. Out of the box, integrated support for multiple remote control solutions (RDP, VNC, Telnet, and LogMeIn). Integrated LogMeIn solution that automatically pushes the client to the remote machine saving time and increases your efficiency. Secure with no requirement for open inbound ports or firewalls changes within the customers network.

Clients covered under our TotalCare Network Services offerings may qualify for a discount on our published labor rates for services not covered under the agreement.
